We specialise in roof repairs and soffit, facia and guttering work.

Common faults range from displaced, missing or damaged tiles, leadwork and cement pointing, to damaged or rotting underfelt which does not overhang the guttering.

We can survey the roof spaces and carry out internal moisture meter surveys to get an idea of the roof's condition. 

​

Internal damp and mould issues are a possible sign, but also displaced or inadequate loft insulation.

​

We can provide an external Drone survey to determine faults which are not visible from the ground.

​
