Routine plumbing operations include repair of leaks throughout the household, to waste systems, overflowing roof tanks, leaking toilets and dripping taps etc, and the servicing of float valves, toilets, taps and heating systems.

When it comes to heating, we deal with combi pressurised systems, and open vented systems with hot water tanks, and more frequently their indirect integration with solar heating systems and panels.

Servicing a vented heating system includes a complete flush of all radiators, the replacement of any faulty lockshield and thermostatic radiator valves, the inclusion of drain points to all ground floor radiators, installing a Magnaclean filter to the return radiator circuit to further clean and maintain the system, running the system in cleaner, then a final flush and recommissioning of the system with inhibitor. Periodic cleaning of the filter is then required to monitor the system; this is then taken over by a boiler engineer during the boiler's annual service.
